Working Principle:
High-temperature molten aluminum copper enters the inner copper tube from the top of the crystallizer. High-speed circulating cooling water flows through the copper tube jacket, rapidly removing heat from the metal. The surface of the melt quickly solidifies, forming a circular solid billet shell. The entire machine undergoes small reciprocating vibrations combined with lubrication to prevent the billet from sticking to the inner wall. The formed billet is continuously pulled downwards, and the inverted taper of the inner cavity compensates for metal cooling and contraction, ensuring the integrity of the billet shell without cracking.
