Ceramic launder

The launder is crucial to the metallurgical quality and energy saving of molten aluminum. The inner lining is made of high-quality medium-density fused silica refractory H2000, which is pre-sintered at a high temperature of 800 ℃ before assembly, which can be well filled.
It meets various requirements of non-wetting of launder and aluminum liquid, small thermal conductivity, low shrinkage and high strength. The addition of the launder cover can reduce the heat loss by more than 50%, and the addition of the launder heating device can keep the molten aluminum at a very low temperature.
It can reduce the temperature of molten aluminum and protect some alloy elements that are easily burnt out.
The flow groove has various shapes such as DC groove, elbow, tee, cross and so on, which can be combined flexibly according to different layouts on site.
