Refining Flux
Working Principle
The refining agent is added to molten aluminum at 700-740℃, where it decomposes to generate numerous fine bubbles with a diameter of less than 0.8mm. As these bubbles rise, they adsorb hydrogen and alumina inclusions from the melt, accumulating into slag as they float. This process simultaneously achieves degassing and impurity removal.

Advantages
1. Hydrogen removal rate 40%-90%, impurity removal rate ≥85%, effectively reducing porosity and inclusion defects in aluminum rods.
2. Improves the mechanical properties of aluminum, increasing casting yield by 5-8 percentage points.
3. Only 0.1%-0.4% dosage, mild reaction with minimal smoke and dust, does not contaminate the molten aluminum.
4. Can be used in conjunction with slag removers and titanium-boron refining agents, suitable for continuous casting production lines for aluminum round billets.
