Description

The silicon nitride degassing shaft and rotor consist of two parts: a rotor rod and a nozzle. The propulsion system drives the rotor to rotate, and argon or nitrogen gas is blown into the molten aluminum through the rotor rod and nozzle. The high-speed rotating rotor disperses the argon or nitrogen gas entering the molten aluminum, forming numerous small bubbles that are dispersed throughout the molten metal. Simultaneously, the rotating rotor also promotes the diffusion of hydrogen and inclusions within the molten aluminum, bringing them into contact with the bubbles. These bubbles, relying on the gas partial pressure difference and surface adsorption principles, absorb hydrogen and adsorb oxide inclusions from the melt, which are then carried to the melt surface as the bubbles rise, thus purifying the melt.
